Where We Ship

We ship nationwide across South Africa. International delivery is available by arrangement — contact our team for a quote to your country.

Order Processing

• Every order is confirmed personally with you before dispatch — we'll confirm stock availability, lead time and shipping cost with you at that point.
• In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.
• Imported or special-order items may take longer — we'll always tell you the expected lead time before you commit.

Delivery Times

For major South African centres, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details with you where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order, and are confirmed with you as part of your order confirmation — there are no surprise charges after the fact.

Receipt & Inspection

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos where possible so we can sort it out quickly (see our Refunds & Returns policy).

Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
